Author Bio: Rebecca Roanhorse

Rebecca Roanhorse is the author of numerous novels of speculative fiction, science fiction, and fantasy. She has won the Nebula, Hugo, and Locus awards and was the recipient of the 2018 John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer. She graduated from Yale University and later earned her JD degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, specializing in Federal Indian law.

Silvia Moreno-Garcia is Mexican by birth, and Canadian by inclination. She lives in beautiful British Columbia, where she is the author of the critically-acclaimed novel Signal to Noise―long-listed for a Sunburst Award and finalist of the British Fantasy, Locus, and Aurora awards―and the short story collection This Strange Way of Dying, which was a finalist for the Sunburst Award in Canada. She was a finalist for the Manchester Fiction Prize, and a recipient of the Gloria Vanderbilt/Exile Award for Best Emerging Writer. She has edited the anthologies Dead North, Fractured: Tales of the Canadian Post-Apocalypse, and She Walks in Shadows (World Fantasy Award nominee), among others.
