“Lively … Janeites will delight in the author’s clever reintroduction of Austen’s characters, the charm of Georgiana’s budding love life, and the accurate and appealing portrait of Regency ships and sailors.” Publishers Weekly
“Delightful … another winning yarn from Bebris with plenty of exciting twists and turns to keep readers guessing.” Booklist
“A thoroughly absorbing tale ... Quite apart from coming up with the goods again as far as a page-turning plot is concerned, Bebris has painted a wonderfully detailed portrait of early 19th-century Lyme Regis. Her research is impeccable.” Jane Austen's Regency World
