Pause . . . breathe . . . smile. Three small words, yet each contains a universe of wisdom. Let the title be your guide in this inspiring book on awakening to the full depths of mindful living. The Pause is about setting our intention before we think, speak, or act—the ethical dimension of mindfulness. When we Breathe, we unite mind, body, and spirit, making every moment an opportunity for meditation. With a Smile, we open to a wisdom beyond words. This simple trio will water your innate seeds of awakening to help you pave your own path to fulfillment and peace.

"Pause, Breathe, Smile embraces the creative and adventuresome world of everydayspirituality with ample doses of vim and vigor.” Spirituality & Practice
Such a delightful approach to everyday mindfulness! Sharon Salzberg, author of Real Happiness
“Gary Gach’s calm and soothing voice is a perfect match for his audiobook about becoming aware. Gach’s smooth voice resonates with peace and ease that immediately set the stage for his guided breathing exercises and numerous tips on how to be present in the moment. There is a playfulness in his voice as he encourages creativity and experimentation with the exercises provided. His friendly tone conveys a lack of judgment that fosters receptiveness to the information on Buddhism and tips on how to be grounded and grateful for things we often take for granted—like being alive. This is an inviting and meditative listening experience for those interested in light meditative practices and anyone who simply wants a break from the chaos of life.
