The USA Today best-selling Ralph Compton novels embody the rugged terrain and never-say-die spirit of the Old West. In North to the Salt Fork, Dusty Richards pens a gripping tale of one man's fight
for the life he's earned. Captain Jack Starr, a veteran Confederate soldier, looks to Lost Dog Creek as the place he'll find some measure of peace. But there are those who won't leave a man be, and
Jack will once again have to test his mettle staring down the end of a rifle.
