Summary

Trysten's first fighting season as Dragoneer of the Aerona weyr proves to be dangerous and filled with threats from all sides. While preparing for more attacks from the Western kingdom, Trysten must deal with a prince who arrives to enforce the King's rules and take her title.

As he looks into the mystery of the Second Horde, the Prince discovers the secret of Trysten's heritage.
