Author Bio: Donna Franklin
Donna L. Franklin was appointed an assistant professor at the University of Chicago. Six years later, she was promoted to associate professor. During her tenure at the University of Chicago, she was the Co-Investigator of a multi-million dollar grant to study poverty and family structure. Franklin received her Phd from the University of Southern California.
