Summary

Exiled from the royal court due to magical malpractice, the enchantress Thelise has wandered from town to town throughout the kingdom of Elekstan, continually haunted by a tragedy from her past. When two dragons show up at her seaside cottage, demanding that she accompany them and perform a spell for their prince, Thelise sees an opportunity for experimentation, amusement . . . and possibly even redemption.
